QUANTUM FBV or FBVH Heavy Duty Bed Mills : Ask for Price
CNC MACHINERY SALES AUSTRALIA PRESENTS - QUANTUM FBV (vertical) and FBVH (vertical / horizontal) extra heavy duty Taiwanese bed type milling machines with vertical and horizontal spindles are manufactured to stand up to the toughest of milling applications.
The FBV series includes 11 different models featuring:
Fully supported tables from 1500mm x 450mm up to 2600mm x 700mm.
X axis travels from 1100mm up to 2000mm
Table loads up to 3 tonnes
The Quantum manual bed mills will be suitable for a wide range of milling applications. An important feature is the locking of the Y and Z axes with a pressure of 1500kg/sqcm, to prevent table movement during heavy cutting operations for enhanced accuracy.
All castings are FC 30 high quality material, anneal treated to relieve internal stress.
The X Y axes are hardened, precision ground, then coated with Turcite-B
