The Chin Hung Machinery Company of Taiwan was established in 1968 has manufactured the AJAX and KINWA range of metal working lathes since 1973.
The Ajax KINWA offer a superior level of quality and finish to many other comparable lathes on the market. Manufactured in Taiwan under strict adherence to ISO9001 and CE Standards, the AJAX provides a very high level of accuracy, performance, finish and longevity at a realistic price.
The CHD series offers usable features like 105mm spindle bore, 15hp motor, various steady rests, rapid traverse to the saddle, taper turning, drilling attachment, digital read outs and large direct mount D1-11 chucks (380mm 3-jaw & 500mm 4-jaw).
